Shipping Information
Original Paintings
Every original painting is personally inspected, carefully packaged, and prepared for shipping from my studio.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your artwork to be packaged and shipped. I take the time to ensure it is properly protected before it leaves my studio.
Commissioned Paintings
Commissioned paintings are completed according to the timeline we agree upon before work begins.
Once your commission is finished and final payment has been received, I will carefully package and ship your artwork.
Shipping & Insurance
All artwork is professionally packaged and shipped using FedEx or UPS.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
Standard carrier insurance includes:
- FedEx: Up to $500 coverage
- UPS: Up to $100 coverage
If you require additional insurance, please contact me before placing your order. Additional insurance is available for an extra fee.
For shipments insured up to $1,000, FedEx requires a direct signature upon delivery. Someone must be available to sign for the package.
Once your artwork leaves my studio, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. I will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Please keep all packaging and take clear photographs of:
- The outside of the shipping box
- The packaging materials
- The front, back, and sides of the artwork
- Any visible damage
Claims are subject to the carrier’s insurance limits and policies.
If you have questions about shipping or insurance before purchasing, please contact me.
International Orders
At this time, I only ship original artwork within the United States. I am not accepting international orders.
If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in purchasing a painting, please contact me before ordering. Depending on the artwork and destination, I may be able to discuss available shipping options.
