About this item

Inspired by the energy of gardens after rain, this work grew from my love of color, movement, and the way nature keeps reshaping itself. I’m drawn to the wildness beneath beauty — tangled stems, shifting light, wet air, shadows, and the feeling that everything is quietly alive.

I hope viewers feel pulled into a luminous, breathing space. I want them to sense renewal, curiosity, and a little mystery — as if they are standing inside a garden, a memory, or a weather system just after it has changed.

I chose paint because it lets me work intuitively and physically, building layers, scraping back, dragging color, and allowing surprises to appear. The abstract style gives me freedom to suggest rather than describe. The garden is not painted literally; it becomes a place of motion, emotion, and transformation
